Kayla is an entrepreneur by nature, and loves helping people develop their ideas into actionable plans that produce results.  After college, Kayla worked as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator under the direction of Rolland and Heidi Baker, founders of Iris Global.  Under this role, she developed a company in Mozambique focused on providing economic sustainability to underserved populations. That business continues to grow, and is run primarily by the locals in Mieze, MZ. Kayla is a business consultant to entrepreneurs and organizations and helps leaders to establish effective strategy in order to achieve their goals.  She is a Seven on the Enneagram and in true seven fashion will say that no one is a stranger, just a friend she's not yet met.

Nancy Chaney has been in the health and wellness industry for nearly forty years.  Her wellness journey began in her twenties developing Herb Shops in Oregon.  A decade later Nancy owned a Clinic is Montana helping people achieve optimal wellness, and recover from toxic-overload  using a variety of modalities.  Nancy's passion for people, and commitment to wellness has driven her to a Leadership Role with Young Living overseeing a large organization that is now all-over the world.  Nancy  is a Biometric-Energetic Therapist, Certified in Raindrop Therapy,  EFT, Quantum Mechanics, and developer of a therapy technique called Limbic Release.  Nancy is also an ordained Pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, CA, and a Sozo Minister.  Her passion is to see people live whole spiritually, emotionally, and physically.  Join Nancy here
